Dear Catherine,
I just wanted to send a (belated) thank you to you, and especially Princess Belle for making my daughters recent birthday one she will remember for many years to come.
Belle was so wonderful with the children, and they all fell in love with her little pet seal Sam too !!
All the adults commented on what a wonderful job she did in engaging the children – no mean task when there’s 19 of them! (And it was a sunny but quite chilly day, and I am sure poor Belle was quite cold at times sitting in the shade, and for that I apologise.)
Madelyn especially was very taken with Princess Belle. I found Madelyn sobbing about an hour after Belle had left. When I asked what was wrong she said she wanted Princess Belle to come back and stay forever. I understand it can all get a bit much for little ones on their party day, but Maddy is generally very easy going, so I think the tears were as much a testament to what a wonderful impact Belle made on her as much as anything else.
And to get such a lovely message from Belle after she’d left the party thanking us for having her was the icing on the cake!!! She said she’d enjoyed the party, that the children were all very good (which was mostly correct – although BOY could they scream!!), and she paid some lovely complements to us about Madelyn and her behaviour on the day. We like to believe we have bought up a lovely, well mannered little girl, but to be told that by someone who has had to entertain her, and her little friends, for over two hours was great for the soul !! What a great advertisement for your company she is.
I will most certainly keep you in mind for any future parties we have, and will also make sure I pass on your details to anyone wishing to book children’s entertainers.
Once again, many, many thanks for making Madelyn’s 6th birthday such a wonderful success.
